How to get a referral

Step 1

Speak to our West Plains Medical doctors or primary care physician to request a referral

Step 2

Once you receive a referral, Telemed Specialists Team will connect with an appointment day/time

Step 3

Speak to the specialist over phone/ video depending on the reason for visit
